Diesel B6 is diesel which contains 6% biocomponent. This fuel is used for transport purposes and according to the European policy and the Law on renewable energy, the cited share of biodiesel is obligatory in terms of environmental considerations.
Vehicles with diesel engines must run only on diesel B6 and in the meantime the percentage of the biocomponent will keep rising until it reaches 10% by 2020. Besides the environmental benefits, the advantages include lack of sulfur compounds, better lubricant properties, higher cetane number and lower costs in comparison to pure diesel fuel.
Diesel B6 is mainly used for transport vehicles but also for agriculture.
Depending on the season, we deliver two types, which are classified according to their temperature resistance: for minus 15 degrees and for minus 30 degrees in winter conditions.
